Itinerary
Day 01

Arrivals in Kathmandu & drive to Nagarkot (2,195 m / 7,200 ft.) – 32 km / 1 Hrs.

Upon arrival meet and greet by Himalayan Holidays – Nepal representative and transfer to hotel for room check in and refreshment.

Nagarkot is a village and a village development committee located 32 Km eastof of Kathmandu, Nepal in Bhaktapur District in the Bagmati Zone. At the time of the 2011 census it had a population of 4571. At an elevation of 2,195 meters, it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District. It is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas including Mount Everest as well as other peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley.The scenic beauty of the place makes it a very popular hiking route for tourists.It is located approximately 7000Ft. (2000 m) above sea level and 28km from Kathmandu International Airport. Lunch & Dinner in Nagarkot (On own)

Day 02

Early morning sunrise view and drive back to Kathmandu en route sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur.

Am:Early morning wake up call to view sunrise from the resort, later after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu en route proceed for sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur City, literally the “City of Devotees”, is renowned for its elegant art, fabulous culture, colorful festivals, traditional dances and the typical Newari lifestyle. Here explore the Royal Palace, the Golden Gate,the entrance to the Palace of 55 Windows, known as the most significant piece of art in Nepal. Then visit the highest temple in the entire Kathmandu Valley- the NyatapolaTemple. After sightseeing tour drive back to Kathmandu and check into the hotel for refreshment and rest. Lunch in Bhaktapur(on own)

In addition also visit the BoudhanathStupa– an ancient colossal stupa and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world and the Pashupatinath Temple – the Temple of Lord Shiva situated on the bank of the holy Bagmati River.

Eve: Welcome dinner at a Nepali restaurant with cultural show.

Day 03

Drive to Pokhara (200 km / 6Hrs).

Am: Early breakfast and start 6 hours scenic drive to Pokhara, which is 200 kilometers from Kathmandu. Pokhara is an enchanting city nestled in the tranquil valley (827m) on the laps of the mighty Annapurna Himalaya Range. With its beautiful lakes, lush green surroundings and fantastic views of the Annapurna range including the Fish Tail Mountain; it is considered one of nature’s finest gifts to Nepal.

Pm: En route stop at Khataudi (raft starting point) where there will be a short briefing followed by some demonstrations related with rafting.

Shortly afterwards, commence exciting white water rafting in the Trishuli River for about 4 hours till we reach Kurintar (raft ending point). Initially, we begin with small rapids and soon catch up with bigger ones.

Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in hotel for refreshments. Rest of the day is free for leisure and relaxation.

Day 04

Full DaySightseeing Tour of Pokhara Valley.

Am:Early morning wakeup call and drive to Sarangkot (30 min) for sunrise view. Later drive back to hotel for breakfast. Afterwards proceed for the sightseeing tour of Pokhara including Devi’s Fall,Tibetan RefugeeCamp,Binabasini Temple and Seti Gorge.

Afternoon: Optional fishing and boating in Lake Phewa.

Day 05

Drive back to Kathmandu (200kms/6 hours)

Am: After breakfastmeet the waiting vehicle and drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu check into the hotel for refreshment and rest.Rest of the day is free for relaxation and buying souvenirs.

Day 06

Am: Breakfast at the hotel, later proceed for sightseeing tour of Kathmandu It includes visit to the Hanuman Dhoka (Kathmandu Durbar Square) - an ancient durbar (palace) with its numerous old palaces, temples and pagodas, the Temple of Living Goddess “Kumari”, and the Kasthamandap Temple, which is believed to be constructed from the wood of a single tree from which Kathmandu derives its name. Afterwards drive to Swayambhunath Stupa situated atop a hill from where you could get a bird’s eye view of Kathmandu Valley. The Swayambhunath Stupa is also known as the “Monkey Temple”!! Afternoon: Free time, souvenirs, packing luggage. Eve:Farewell Dinner and final departure transfer to the Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.(Breakfast)
