Itinerary
Day 01
Namo Buddha Hike
Am: After early morning breakfast, our private tourist vehicle will pick you from your hotel at 7:30 am. We drive to Kavre Phedi, Dhulikhel – (1hr 15 mins), which is the starting point of your hike. Now, start uphill hike to Namobuddha, which is famous stone tablet (left) depicting a Buddha (there have been many before the historical Buddha) feeding himself to a starving tigress and her cubs. This is from a famous Buddhist tale expressing the great compassion of the Buddha.
Pm: After visiting the beautiful ancient Buddhist Monastery descend down to Panauti valley. After visiting Panauti valley drive back to Kathmandu which takes around 1 hr 15 mins.
